I am responsible for our initiative’s communications, from overall strategy to writing reports, drafting speeches, designing graphics, and managing our public presence. This can look like tabling at MIT student events or building our brand new website.
What is your favorite part of your job:
Getting to sit down with researchers and translate their incredible work into something understandable to the general public and getting to play with design to create something exciting and beautiful.
Do you have any hobbies or interests:
Since moving to Massachusetts, I have been very into looking for mushrooms while on hikes; I also sing with a chorus—and my first concert with them is coming up in February: Time Pieces, with Voices Rising!
