We intend to hack the world — until we make it better. Come join us.

MIT is — above all — a community. It might seem a little forbidding at first, but take one more step in our direction and there are literally millions of ways to engage with and become part of our enterprise.

The Institute’s 1861 charter says we are supposed to advance “development and practical application of science in connection with arts, agriculture, manufactures, and commerce.” That’s a lot of partners. If you have ended up on this page, the odds are pretty good you could be one of them.

Read more, reach out to us, find a way to make yourself a part of engineering at MIT. We need you.
